Board meetings now take place via Zoom. If you would like to receive an invitation to a monthly meeting, please contact the property manager. The board has set aside time at the beginning of each meeting for a homeowner open forum. The 2023 meeting dates are as follows:
January 10th @7pm
March 14th @ 7pm
May 9th @ 7pm
July 11th @ 7pm
September 12th @7pm
November 14th @7pm Annual Meeting (Location TBD)

The Crestbrook Board of Directors is comprised of five volunteer homeowners who are elected on an annual basis by the members of the community. Their role is to facilitate and oversee the business of the Association in accordance with the established governing documents. Much like the board of a corporation, they conduct regular meetings, vote on issues concerning the association and have a fiduciary responsibility to protect the assets of the association.
