All exterior changes to Lots must be approved in writing by the Architectural Review Committee. Examples of items that need approval are (but not limited to): new siding, new exterior painting, including shutters, doors, trim, new roofs, fences, decks, porches, sheds, pools, retaining walls, patios & additions.
If you are unsure of whether you need approval, please contact us. It's always best to check and be sure! More details regarding Architectural requirements can be found in Crestbrook's restrictive covenants in the governing documents section below. When submitting any construction requests, a detailed drawing (plat) of the Lot must be provided. If applicable, please include color samples (e.g. for siding, new paint, etc).
The Covenants allow the Board 60 days to respond but every effort is made to respond in a timely fashion, typically within 2-3 weeks. The ARC applcation can be dowlaoded below.
